What is yoga?

Yikes! Did you know the practice of Yoga has a history that is believed by some historians to date back to 3000BC!?  With such a great history there are different interpretations of the definition of Yoga; however, a general definition is that the practice of Yoga is an attempt to join and unite body, mind and spirit.

Today, yoga is practiced all over the world in MANY different forms.  At SYNCSTUDIO we offer several different forms of yoga from Ashtanga to Vinyasa to a Power Flow with light hand weights.  The majority of our classes are a Power Flow class which offers a challenging practice that links breath with movement through postures.
