SPORTS NUTRITION
SYNCSTUDIO’s Sports Nutrition Program can address a diverse range of needs for any client. We can help you address and achieve a variety of goals, including, but not limited to, endurance training, weight loss, increase in lean body mass, and general well-being. Our focus will be on using whole foods in proper balance to address the specific goals of the individual.
What is the process?
You first must commit to the concept of letting SYNCSTUDIO’s sports nutrition team help you address your goals by creating a more balanced diet with whole foods, make a commitment to yourself. We want to help you, but you also have to want to help yourself!
Once you have made the commitment to yourself we can provide you with all of the details and steps!
You will begin with an initial consultation to determine your goals, learn a bit about your current nutrition and exercise, and answer any questions or concerns you might have coming into the program. (This can be in person or via email!)
After the initial consultation your Sports Nutrition Coach will provide you with a detailed 1 month Sports Nutrition Plan.
During the program you may be asked to submit a “weekly report” to your coach as a means to help you keep on track and follow up with what is working and what is presenting difficulties.
If you have dietary restrictions, time constraints, or likes and dislikes with foods our coaches are willing and able to work with your preferences.
The goal of the Sports Nutrition program is to create a plan that will work for you, success in addressing your individual goals is our primary concern!

$75 for Initial Consultation and One-Time Plan
$50 for Renewal Plans
We also have a SYNCWELLNESS Combo Package available which includes a one month Sports Nutrtion Plan, 3 Personal Training Sessions, and 3 Integrative Health Coaching Sessions for $350.
