KETTLEBELL TRAINING
Kettlebells are cast iron weights that can range from 4lbs to 175lbs, at SYNCSTUDIO our weights range from 10lbs-106lbs. Proper Kettlebell exercise is a safe work out for any age, shape and size that can increase functional strength, endurance and flexibility. At SYNCSTUDIO we believe that in order to see results and benefits from regular Kettlebell training, you must first learn proper form and technique. This will minimize risk of doing exercises incorrectly and injury.
Kettlebell Training classes have a mandatory pre-requisite of Kettlebell Workshop Series completion. There are 4 workshops in the Kettlebell series. Workshops will rotate on a weekly basis and must be completed prior to taking a class.

Each session $30/person.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SAME CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO WORKSHOPS AS CLASSES. Minimum 2 hours prior to workshop to cancel reservations, failure to cancel a reservation will result in workshop being deducted from series package.
