30 DAYS TO WELLNESS

30 Classes.  30 Days.  Start 2012 off with a new adventure!

January 15th- February 14th

The purpose of this challenge is to help you create a habit out of making healthy choices that improve your overall wellness over the course of 30 days.

This year we are opening our 30 Days to Wellness challenge to the entire community!

How will it work?
From January 15-February 14th we will keep track of class attendance.  If you attend 20+ classes in the 30 days, you will receive a prize!

IF YOU COMPLETED 20+ CLASSES YOUR PRIZE IS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT EITHER LOCATION!

Need a more formal commitment?
There is no formal commitment to this challenge, but if you would like to help remind yourself to stay on track you can join the event on Facebook here!

Suggested Scheduling:
MIX IT UP.  That is the number 1 tip we can give you.  We recommend doing a little bit of everything: Cycling, Yoga, Strength, Combos.  Use this as an motivator to try a class you’ve never taken!  In case you hadn’t noticed, there are A LOT of classes to choose from!

Sample Week Class Schedule:
3 Cycling, 2 Yoga, 1 Strength/ Combo
3 Yoga, 2 Cycling, 1 Strength/Combo
3 Strength/Combo, 2 Cycling, 1 Yoga

…you get the idea.

* A strength class would include anything listed as circuit, TRX, Kettle Bell Training, or Sculpt class.

We recommend if you have found classes you enjoy taking that you make it a point to go to them.  Making exercise a habit and part of your weekly routine will be the easiest way to stay active and reach your health and wellness goals!

Finally, listen to your body!  If you feel like you need a break from classes or you need to take it easier then DO IT… take a day off or choose a less intense class.  You can always double up on classes another day too.
