New Student Guide
New to SYNCSTUDIO?
Take a few minutes to prepare for your first class with us!
We understand it can be daunting, yet exciting to come into a new space and try something you have never done before. First off we couldn’t be more excited to have you join us for a class! We want to make sure that your first visit with us is fun, safe, and exhilarating. The following information will serve as a guide to help you prepare for your first class and hopefully answer any questions you might have prior to class.
What class to take?
If you are brand new to cycling and/or yoga we strongly encourage your first class be a BASICS class. Also, if you aren’t new to indoor cycling, we still encourage your first SYNCCYCLING class to be a BASICS class so you can become acquainted with what we are doing on the bikes!
Whatever the case, take some time to browse through the classes! If you have any questions or want a suggestion email contact@syncstudio.net
If you are new to cycling please check out the great information here.
If you are new Yoga please check out the great information here.
**Please note that if classes are full, you can put your name on the wait list and be notified via email if you make it in!
What to bring?
Each location has dressing rooms, bathrooms, and cubbies in the classroom to store all of your belongings. We also provide work out towels.
Please bring water with you to your class! You will need it.
If you are taking a cycling class and will be wearing street shoes (as opposed to cycling shoes), PLEASE wear firm sole, comfortable sneakers.
If you are taking a strength, TRX, Sports Conditioning or COMBO class that includes these programs please wear comfortable tennis shoes.
When to arrive?
Please arrive 10-15minutes PRIOR to the class to allow time for new student paperwork, sign in and getting oriented and set up for class. We ask you to arrive on time out of respect for all of the other students in class. Arriving late will disrupt the class and potentially delay the start of class, so please be respectful and arrive with enough time to get set up and ready.
Also, you will be required to fill out the new student form and sign in to the class PRIOR to starting class.
